Built at Rijkspolitie vessel RP67 by De Vries Lentsch, Nieuwendam, Netherlands in 1945 and stationed at Harlingen, Netherlands, since 1947 stationed at Amsterdam, Netherlands, since 1949 at Vreeswijk, Netherlands, as the RP15 since 1957 at the Hague, Netherlands, as the Libido owned by Bunkerstation Harlingen, Harlingen since 1977, renamed Zeepaard in 2007 and in 2013 in Tasmin West-R.P.15 with as homeport Zierikzee.
