German dredger Lebbin salvaged by Soviets according to a CIA report dated 7 July 1948

An item dealing with the Russian controlled German zone reported the salvage in November 1947 of the former German 500 gross tons dredger Lebbin at Strelasund. She was now being refitted out at Starlsund to be used in Soviet service.
