Soviet SDGP motor tug Balkas sighted on the Danube according to a CIA report dated 29 March 1955

An item dated 1 January 1955 reported the SDGP (Sovietskoye Dunaisk oye Gosudarstvennoye Parokhodstvo) motor tug Balkas sighted on the Danube kilometer mark 1888 while towing downstream a tanker loaded with 800 tons gasoline.
