Soviet tanker Onega underway from the Lobau towards Komarom, Czechoslovakia according to a CIA report dated 11 March 1953

An item dealing with the shipping on the Danube reported that end October/begin November 1952 the self propelled Soviet tanker Onega towed dep-sea paraffin loaded barges from the Lobau refinery towards Komarom, Czechoslavakia [nowadays Slovakia]. There were the barges taken over by the SDGP (Soviet Danube Shipping Agency) tug Baku which towed the barges towards Reni.
