Shipbuilding and –movements at Oltenita, Romania according to a CIA report dated 19 September 1952

An item reported that the navy shipyard at Oltenita, Romania was building one submarine and repairing a second one. At Oltenita were further more 8-150 tons Russian fishing boats sighted and 2 Romanian troop transports.
