French destroyers Enseigne-Henry and Aspirant Herber according to the magazine Mitteilungen aus dem Gebiete des Seewesens dated 1910 No. 7

An item reported that the French destroyers Enseigne-Henry (1) and Aspirant Herber(2) under construction at Rochefort, France would have a displacement of 450 tons, a speed of 28 knots and an armament consisting of 6-6,5cm guns and 2 torpedo tubes and to be completed in 1911.

Of the Spahi-class, preceded by the Claymore-class, succeeded by the Voltigeur-class, laid down by Arsenal de Rochefort, France in 1910, launched on 12 May 1911, completed in April 1912 and stricken in June 1928. Displacement 530 (normal)-550 (full) tons and armament of 6x1-6,5cm/50 M1902 guns and 2-45cm torpedo tubes.
2. Of the Spahi-class, preceded by the Claymore-class, succeeded by the Voltigeur-class, laid down at Arsenal de Rochefort, France in 1909, launched on 30 April 1912, completed in August 1912 and stricken in July 1930. Displacement 530 (normal)-550 (full) tons and armament of 6x1-6,5cm/50 M1902 guns and 2-45cm torpedo tubes.
