The Soviet Ufa ship repair yard according to a CIA report dated September 1967

An item reported the fenced and road served Soviet Ufa ship repair yard with as geographic coordinates 54.46.25 north and 55.53.30 east located 3,5 nautical miles north west of the centre of Ufa at a former channel of the Belaya and seemed to be used for repairing river craft. The shipyard possessed a side-haul marine railway, a quayed shoreline and 1 shop and 18 support buildings.
