The Soviet Yelnat ship repair yard according to a CIA report dated September 1967

An item reported that the fenced Soviet Yelnat ship repair yard with as geographic coordinates 57.25.00 North and 52.50.45 East was located on Yelnat on the west bank of the Volga. The yard probably for repairs possessed 3 small pier, 1 large floating dock and 14 small buildings.
