Laid down by Cantieri Navali Riuniti (C.N.R.), Ancona, Italy in 1925 launched on 22 May 1927, commissioned in 19927, scuttled by own crew at Shanghai, China on 9 September 1943, by Japanese salvaged on 8 November 1943, repaired/refitted by the Navy 1st Construction Department, Shanghai, commissioned on 1 March 1944, surrendered to Chinese government on 15 September 1945, decommissioned on 30 September 1945, decommissioned in 1946 and discarded in 1963.
Part of the Azio-clas minelayers with a displacement of 625 tons and as dimensions 66 (over all) x 8,7 x 24 metres or 216.6 x 28.7 x 7.10 feet. The machinery consisted original of 2 Yarrow three expansion stages reciprocating steam engines and 2 water tube boilers supplying via 2 shafts 1.500 ship allowing a speed of 15 knots. In Italian service numbered her crew 66 men. The armament consisted in Italian service of 2-4” navy guns, 1-3” anti aircraft gun, 2 machineguns and 80 naval mines. In Japanese service consisted the armament of 2-7,62cm/3” L/40 anti aircraft guns, 10-25cm Type 96 anti aircraft guns, 2 Type 94 depth charge projectors, 2 depth charge throwers an 36 depth charges. In Taiwanese service used as frigate or escort patrol vessel with an armament in 1950 consisting of 2-7,62cm/3” guns, 2-1.1” anti aircraft guns and 4-2cm anti aircraft guns. Crew numbered 184 men.
