The harbour of Oryakhovo, Bulgaria according to a CIA report dated 16 December 1954

An item dealing with the harbours along the river Danube reported that the medium sized harbour of Oryakhovo, Bulgaria was used for import shipping of goods mainly with as destination Oryakhovo and somewhat Plaven Okoliya. For storing bread grains were a lot of storehouses available. In the town was an infantry regiment stationed.
