An item referred apparently to an account of sailor who passed with his ship several harbours on the Romanian part of the Lower Danube. He stated that while returning from Braila loaded with cement he sighted a tug and tanker of unidentified nationality although probably Soviet underway towards Braila. Of both vessels was a sketch drawn.
