The town Odessa, Ukraine according to a CIA report dated 10 April 1959

An item reported that most of the building in Odessa, Ukraine dated back to 1951 and no earlier resulting in an clear appearance of the town except for the as old described hospitals. The labourers were mostly inexperienced and with an attitude of just ‘working’.
