Cuba treating Danish and Norwegian merchant ships as neutral ships according to the Dutch newspaper Limburgsch dagblad dated 17 April 1940
An item dated Havana, Cuba 17th reporting that the Cuban government stated that Danish and Norwegian ships were treated in the same manner as not-warring countries.
