Commander Wm. Soutar. Owners Tay Seal and Whale Fishing Co. Homeport Dundee, Scotland. Tonnage 326 tons. Horsepower 50 hp. Rigged as a barque. Dimensions 126 (extreme) x 30 (extreme) feet. Number of boats 7. Built in 1852 as a sailing vessel and converted in 1865. Made 8 whaling voyages
