USA-flagged, homeport Wilmington, Delaware, USA, MMSI 36680890 and call sign WH8588. Fitted out with oil fuelled 1-1,200 hbp Cleveland 12-278A motor. Ex-Yale of the Great Lakes Towing Company and renamed Arkansas when converted into a diesel driven tug in 1949. Stationed at Duluth. Built with hull number 8 by The Great Lakes Towing Co., Cleveland, Ohio in 1909. Steel built. Net register tonnage 66 tons and as dimensions74.8 (register)- 81 (over all) x 19.9 (register)-21.3 (over all) x 12.5 x 18.5 (highest fixed point above water when light feet and nature) feet.
