Uruguay not seizing Axis owned merchant ships according to the Dutch newspaper Noordbrabantsch dagblad het huisgezin dated 5 April 1941

An item dated Montevideo, Uruguay 4th reported that the Uruguayan government at the moment did not intend to seize the merchant ships of the Axis powers lying in the harbour of Montevideo was unofficially stated.
