A letter dated , Ukraine 28 December 1943 sent by the Seetransportstelle Nikolajew over there to German maritime authorities dealt with the Dnieper river vessels of the Dnjepr-Flusschiffarht GmbH handed over to the Kriegsmarine. Since 1 January 1944 was the Schiffahrt GmbH responsible for the personnel affairs. The Seetransportstelle was responsible for the personnel affairs but not payment or accommodation of the Mast. tug Danzig with a Russian crew with 250 hp horsepower.
