Dutch screw steam tug Fram built in the Netherlands in 1898 according to the Dutch magazine Scheepvaart dated 2 January 1899

A list of the ships launched in 1898 reported the Dutch screw steam tug Fram with 165 hp horsepower built by N.V. Machinefabriek v/h onder de firma B. Wilton, Rotterdam, Netherlands for account of L.G. Vuyk, Rotterdam.(1)

Note

The Nederlandsche staatscourant dated 24 June 1898 reporting the founding on 9 June of the N.V. Maatschappij tot exploitatie van de stoomsleepboot Fram for a period of 50 years in presence of notary Hendrik Johannes Lambert by Leendert Gerrit Vuyk (36 shares) and Carl Heinrich Schmidt (4 shares), all at Rotterdam. Capital consisted of 40 shares of each 500 Dutch guilders. Director L.G. Vuyk.
