An item reported the launching at the shipyard of Huiskens&van Dijk, Dordrecht, Netherlands in the afternoon of the 22nd of the Belgian steel screw steam tug Hercules built for a Belgium. She was similar to the recent delivered Samson and destined for the towing service between Luik, Belgium and France.(1)

1. The edition dated 18 July 1904 reported t2 240 ihp screw steam tugs were under construction to be used for towing service on the Maas river between Belgium and France.
