With hull number 070 laid down at the Kommuna #445 Yard, Nikolayev, Ukraine in 1978, launched in 1982 and commissioned in 1986. Her overhaul was finished in October 2016. General technical class specifications. Displacement 98.00-10.000 (standard)-11.200-12.500 (full load) tons and as dimensions 186,4 x 20,8 x 8,4 metres or 611.7 x 68.3 x 27.7 feet. Horsepower 130.000 shp/97.000 kW allowing a speed of 32 knots and with a speed of 18 knots a range of 3.000 nautical miles. Crew numbers between 476-529 men. Armament consists of 8x2-P-1000 Vulcan anti ship missiles, 8x8 S-300F Fort long range surface-to-air missiles, 2x20 OS-missiles, 1x2-13cm L 70 AK-130 dual-purpose guns and 6x1 AK-630 close-in weapon systems. Able to carry a Kamov Ka-25/27 helicopter.
