Belgian screw steam tug l’Espérance built at Dordrecht, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper De Dordrechtse Courant dated 17 September 1906

An item reported that after the launching of the Francofurtia on the 15^th at the shipyard of Huiskens&van Dijk, Dordrecht, Netherlands a 150 ihp steel screw steam tug for account of Ch. Gukema, Smeermaas, Belgium was to be laid down.(1)

1. The edition dated Monday 26 November reported the launching of the L’Esperance. Engine and boiler were also manufactured by the shipyard.
