Dutch towing company N.V. Maatschappij Sleepboot Justina founded according to the Dutch newspaper Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated Wednesday 26 January 1912 no. 21

An item reported the founding of the Dutch towing company N.V. Maatschappij Sleepboot Justina, Rotterdam, Netherlands by master Cornelis Boon and managing clerk Emile Fredrich Bodanowitz, both of Rotterdam. The company was founded of 30 years ending on 31 December 1941  with as intention the  exploitation of one tug. The working capital was ƒ 3.000 divided over 6 shares of ƒ 500 which was completely available. Boon paid for his shares with the Dutch steel built steam tug Justina of 15 751/1000 tons with inventory and rigging, on 23 October 1909 for the first time registered at Rotterdam.
