Dutch towing company N.V. Sleepboot Franziska Maria, Rotterdam, Netherlands founded according to the Dutch newspaper Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated Wednesday 26 January 1912

Founders were Mrs. Ana Catharina Franziska Kruse, widow of Wilhelm Jakob Biltjes and tug captain Robert Karel Biltjes, both of Rotterdam. The company was founded of 30 years with as intention the possession and exploitation of one tug. The working capital was ƒ 3.000 divided over 6 shares of ƒ 500 which was completely available. She had one share, Wilhelm the other 5 which he paid with the Dutch steel Rhine tug Franziska Maria with a deadweight of 42.436 kilo and a horsepower of around 350ihp and complete inventory
