Dutch Greenland commandeur Pieter van Dam returned home according to the Dutch newspaper Amsterdamse courant dated 31 July 1727

An item dated Amsterdam, Netherlands 30 July 1727 reported that at 0n the Maas arrived Pieter van Dam 4 whales 95 quardelen returning from Greenland.(1)
