American whaler Magnet hailed according to the newspaper The Inquirer and Mirror dated Wednesday 1 January 1834

An item reported that the American whaler Magnet master Thomas Brown of Warren was hailed on 7 July 1833 22 months out 1.100 barrels oil; agent Joseph Smith Jr.
