Dutch Davis Strait commandeur Cornelis Loots returned home according to the Dutch newspaper Amsterdamse courant dated 8 August 1722

An item dated Amsterdam, Netherlands 5 August reported the arrival at Texel, Netherlands of the Dutch commandeur Cor. Loots 3,5 whale 180 quardelen, returning from Davis Strait.(1)
