German whaling ship Hansa visited Petropaulaski, Kamchatka according to the newspaper The Polynesian dated 3 November 1849

An item reported the visit of Petropaulaski, Kamchatka, Russia by the German whaling ship Hansa, master Husing of Bremen, coming from Guam on 2 June 36 months out 1.500 barrels oil, leaving on 11 June for Bering Strait.
