American whaling ship Houqua visited Lahaina, Hawaii according to the newspaper The Polynesian dated 1 February 1845

An item reported the arrival at Lahaina, Hawaii on 28 January of the American whaling ship Houqua captain Brown of New Bedford, USA 16,5 months out 2.300 barrels whale oil 120 barrels sperm oil.(1)
