French destroyer Hussard performed well during trials according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1909-1910 no. 8

An item reported that the French destroyer Hussard achieved on hr trial a speed of 29,9 miles which was far above the contracted speed of 28 miles.(1)

Laid down by C. de la Loire, Nantes, France in 1906, launched on 12 September 1908, completed in September 1911 and stricken anno March 1922. Machinery consisted of 2 vertical triple expansion steam engines and 3 Du Temple boilers.
