American whaling bark Newton visited Honolulu, Hawaii according to the newspaper The Polynesian dated 8 March 1845

An item reported the arrival at Honolulu, Hawaii on 28 February of the American whaling bark Newton captain Slocomb of New Bedford, USA 15 months out 1,500 barrels whale oil.
