Japanese river gunboat Hira 1921-1945

Of the Seta-class, consisting of the Seta, Katata, Hira and Hozu. Laid down by Mitsubishi Zosensho, Kobe, Japan on 15 August 1921, launched on 14 March 1923, completed on 24 August 1923, disassembled and transported to Yangtze Engineering, Hankow, China, there assembled, completed in 1 December 1923, active during the Second Sino-Japanese war serving on the Yangtze river, stricken on 10 May 1945 and the same year broken up.The armament consisted of 2x1-8cm/3.1” /40 cal guns and 3/6-13.2mm/0.52” machine guns. General technical specifications with a displacement of 343 (standard)-420 (full load) tons and as dimensions 56.1 x 8.2 x 1.0 metres pr 184.1 x 26.11 x 3.3 feet. With a horsepower of 2.100 hp was their speed  16 knots and a range of 1.750 nautical miles/10 knots. Crew numbered 62 men.
