British and French objected against Italian plans to resumpt free Black Sea trade according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary Nr. 10 for the week ending 11 September 1920

An item reported that the British and French High Commissioners disagreed with the intentions of the Italians to resumpt the free trade with Black Sea harbours. The British High Commissioner was at the same time Commander-in-chief of the British naval forces in the Mediterranean.
