Enemy submarines active off Australian east and west coasts according to the U.S. Joint Intelligence Committee. Daily summary dated 26 March 1942

An item reported that on 24 March a enemy submarine was sighted 65 miles east of Brisbane, Australian east coast. Earlier were several times enemy submarines sighted of the Australian west coast.
