An item referred to the international Press agency Reuter which reported that according to reliable sources the Austro-Hungarian Danube flotilla was unable to support the Austrian troops below Orsova while this town was in Romanian hands. Romanian artillery prevented that the some not important warships left their shelter in Bulgarian waters to shell Romanian cities along the southern border.
