Soviet Union redrew main part of Danube flotilla from Austria according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwsblad voor de Hoeksche Waard, IJsselmonde en Putten dated Monday 4 July 1955

An item referred to tidings received on Friday reporting that the Soviet Union redrew the main part of her Danube flotilla from the Austrian rivers.

Note

1. After The Second World War was Austria occupied by the Allies until 15 May 1955 when Austria became again independent stating its perpetual neutrality in case o foreign political issues on 26 October 1955.
