Japanese warships ordered to Sumatra, Dutch East Indies according to the U.S. Joint Intelligence Committee. Daily summary dated 18 March 1942

An item reported that according to recent information some Japanese naval vessels were ordered to Belawan, north Sumatra probably to disembark troops to extend the Japanese occupied territory on this island.
