German Greenland commandeur Christiaan Hasselman forced to enter harbour of Bergen, Norway according to the Dutch newspaper Noordhollandsche courant dated 31 May 1779

An item reported the arrival on 10 May at Bergen, Norway of the German Greenland commandeur Christiaan Hasselman of Hamburg involved in seal hunting but forced to visit Bergen due to a damaged ship.(1)
