An item reported that the British hospital ship HMS Berbice arrived at Portsmouth, England returning from the Mediterranean.(1)

Merchant ship of the Royal Mail Steam Packet Company for inter-island trade in the Caribbean, hired by the Royal Navy on 9 December 1915, used as hospital ship, purchased in 1919, sold in 1922 ad renamed Suntemple, sold in 1924 and renamed Baltara and wrecked in 1929. Built by Harland&Wolff, Belfast, North Ireland in 1919.
