British hospital ship HMS Berbice returned home according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary No. 2 dated 15 January 1921

An item reported that the British hospital ship HMS Berbice arrived at Portsmouth, England returning from the Mediterranean.(1)

Note

1. Merchant ship of the Royal Mail Steam Packet Company for inter-island trade in the Caribbean, hired by the Royal Navy on 9 December 1915, used as hospital ship, purchased in 1919, sold in 1922 ad renamed Suntemple, sold in 1924 and renamed Baltara and wrecked in 1929. Built by Harland&Wolff, Belfast, North Ireland in 1919.
