Cuba allowed American company to lay cables according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary No. 1 dated 8 January 1921

An item reported that the Cuban government allowed the All America Cable Company to land four cables of the coast of Cuba probably for the connections Havana, Cuba-New York, USA, Havana, Cuba-Mexico, Havana, Cuba-Guantanamo, Cuba and Guantanamo, Cuba-Santiago de Cuba.
