Russian coastal defence of Murmansk district was to be investigated according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary No. 2 dated 15 January 1921

An item reported that in the end of December 1920 a commission of specialists was sent to North Russia ordered by the government to work out plans for the coastal defence of the Murmansk district.
