An item reported that on next Monday at 11:00 O’clock at the shipyard of shipbuilder I.S. Figee, Vlaardingen, Netherlands was to be launched the newly built steel lugger Helena (SCH 451) for account of J. den Dulk&Zonen, Scheveningen, Netherlands.
