Renamed H-3 on 17 November 1911, launched by Moran Bross, Seattle, Washington, USA on 3 July 1913, commissioned on 16 January 1914, decommissioned on 23 October 1922, stricken on 18 December 1930 and sold to be broken up on 14 September 1931.
