American whaling barque Sea Shell nearly compled according to the Whalemen’s Shipping List dated Tuesday 23 November 1852

An item reported the intended launching of the nearly complete whaling barque Sea Shell at the shipyard of Mr. Daniel Forster, Warren, Rhode Island, USA on next Thursday for account of R.B. Johnson and others. Captain would be Wm. Martin. Measurement 328 tons and as dimensions 120 x 25.10 x 12.6 feet.
