Netherlands-flagged, call sign PCUM. Launched by Bijker’s Aannemingsbedrijf N.V. IJsselwerf, Gorinchem, Netherlands with yard number 140 on 16 October 1956, delivered to Rederij C.A. Jansen, N.V., Arnhem, Netherlands, managed by Scheepvaaartkantoor Oceanvaart (Shipping Office Oceancross) N.V., Rotterdam, Netherlands on 19 January 1957, since 1969 Panama-flagged, homeport Panama and sunkon 3 March 1978 underway from Kalama, Greece towards Tripoli, Libya.  

Gross tonnage 500.00 tons, net tonnage 270.00 tons, deadweight 1,026.00tons, grain cargo capacity 70,000 cubic feet, bale cargo capacity 63,000 cubic feet and as dimensions 65.43 (between perpendiculars)-68.61 (over all) x 10.40 (moulded) x 3.96 (moulded depth) x 2.72 (maximum draught) metres.
