British heavy cruiser HMS Raleigh probably not visiting Acapulco, Mexico according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary No. 44 dated 12 November 1921

Hawkins-class heavy cruisers

An item reported that the visit of Acapulco by the British heavy cruiser HMS Raleigh maybe omitted.(1)

Note

1. Part of Hawkins-class heavy cruisers, succeeded by County-class, laid down by William Beardmore, Dalmuir, Scotland on 9 December 1915, launched on 28 August 1919, completed in July 1921 and wrecked off Labrador, Canada on 8 August 1922, wreck partially remained.
