An item reported that the steel built sailing lugger Marie (VL 49) of H. v.d. Burg, Vlaardingen, Netherlands was to be converted bythe shipyard of the firm A. de Jong, Vlaardingen into a motor ship. She would be fitted out with 1-70/84 hp Brons motor.
