An item reported that in 1906 at Bremerhaven, Germany built German steam trawler Hinrich Popp (S.D.27) was sold by Ernst F. Hubert, Hamburg, Germany to the Visscherij Maatschappij Ploeg, IJmuiden, Netherlands. Gross register tonnage 187 tons and net register tonnage 69 tons. To be fitted out at IJmuiden under the Dutch ships law for the North Sea fishery
