Norwegian Royal Commission advices establishing free harbour at Christiana according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary No. 43 dated 29 October 1921

An item reported that the Norwegian Royal Commission which was appointed to investigate if a free harbour at Christiana was necessary advices to establish one with estimated costs of 40 million Kroner.
