An item dated Amsterdam, Netherkabds 26 April reported that yesterday and the day before the major part of the Greenland whalers departed from Texel, Netherlands towards open sea.

Most of Dutch Greenland whalers departed towards Greenland according to the Dutch newspaper Oprechte Haerlemsche courant dated 29 April 1702
