An item reported that the Chino-Japanese Naval and Military Convention arrived at in 1918 was cancelled. The convention had as purpose to ensure working together in checking the advance of the Soviet Bolshevism.(1)

1. The Sino-Japanese Joint Defence Agreement consisted of a army agreement signed on 16 May 1918 and a naval agreement dated the 19th. Both expired on 28 January 1921.
